Relationships grow when you show up every day
TogetherHabit Studio was born from a simple observation: the couples who thrive aren't the ones who never struggle—they're the ones who practice showing up for each other, day after day, in small but meaningful ways.

Our story
We started TogetherHabit Studio after noticing a gap in how couples approach growth. Therapists would send clients home with powerful exercises, but without structure and accountability, the homework would get lost in the rush of daily life.
We built a platform that meets couples where they are—on their phones, in their daily routine. Short paired rituals that take five minutes but create real momentum. Progress tracking that makes invisible effort visible. And tools that let therapists stay connected to their clients' growth between sessions.
Today, TogetherHabit Studio serves couples who want to deepen their connection and the clinicians who support them, all united by one belief: relationships are built in the everyday.
Our mission
To make daily relationship practice as natural as brushing your teeth. We're building tools that help every couple—whether they're navigating a rough patch or simply want to keep growing—turn intention into lasting habit.
What we stand for
Connection First
Every feature we build starts with one question: does this help two people feel closer? We design for real couples, not idealised ones.
Evidence-Based
Our exercises draw from attachment theory, the Gottman method, and positive psychology research. Good science makes good habits.
Privacy by Design
Relationship data is deeply personal. We encrypt everything, never sell data, and give you full control over what you share and with whom.
Small Steps, Big Change
We believe lasting growth comes from tiny, consistent actions. Five minutes a day, done together, compounds into a fundamentally stronger bond.
